Apologize that I could not make my presence among you for quite a long. There were few personal reasons but I was keenly reading all your views on various social discussion platforms. There were good discussions around topics of various social interests and liked the way people put across their views except for few ignorable scenarios. I am quite happy with the fact that we start using technology as our mean of communication and at least start uttering out words to express our opinions which is first vital steps towards “need for change”. Surprisingly few of our brothers have good thinking and expressive capabilities and we all welcome you to be a part “The revolutionary ideology”.

Yes, we all know there are few intrinsic issues due to which our society currently is losing edge. Let me put across few of the issues here. I apologize that I could not present this to you in Hindi however please try to understand and take help from young generation if required. Thanks for your cooperation.
As mentioned in one of my previous article, majority of our brothers have sound financial background and society as a whole has NIL unemployment rate. That’s where we are strong enough and much advance from majority of social classes across country but considering all there are multiple issues which are real hindrance for us to build our society an “Ideal Society”. Here are the key points –

That’s where we are strong enough and much advance from majority of social classes across country but considering all there are multiple issues which are real hindrance for us to build our society an “Ideal Society”. Here are the key points –
1. Education – Education is first and principal vital element for any human being which will take him to a stage of self realization and this is the stage where a person can judge things on various grounds and is capable in taking decisions by critical and matured thinking. Education does not always mean and relate to job; in current scenario it is as important as water for livelihood and a way to diversify over selves in various other untouched sectors such as manufacturing and services.
I would urge again to all my brothers that they send their son or “Daughter” for study and do not stop them just because you do not have staff to assist you in shop. Of course a 10th standard student can do calculations what you need for your business but definitely he will not be able to grow after a certain level. Let them finish graduation or post graduation and better to get in your son line of study which he wants rather forcing him into business. Business can be used as last option as always.
Women education standard in our society is not up to mark as most of us end their schooling just after 10th or 12th and reason most people do so is because they are fearful if they will spoil parent’s image by marring in other cast or they will run away with boy they choose with. We do have graduated and post graduated girls in our society however in-lows family will not give any importance to education and not allow them to pursue their dreams. My brothers, education is not at all a reason for any girl or boy to go away from family. The problem lies within our family. I strongly recommend you to give valuable time to your child, listen to them and create an environment of openness where they can express themselves, make them feel that there cannot be any other family or person who could care of them like you. I trust they will never run away with anyone else.

Conventional business – Looking at the standard of education and financial background, we moved big leap forward in business however the type of business we all have is conventional (Kirana, Electric, electronic, hardware, Pawn broker, garments, Jewellery and few other) and can be set up by any tom dick and harry now a day. Our kind of business is a “Middleman’s Business” where we do trading and make profit by selling goods mostly over the counter and therefore the competition in these lines of businesses is huge. Moreover big business houses also start expending their businesses has made competition much agonizing.
In these scenarios we are lacking edge due to inability to move over selves into apart from conventional business and there are major factors such as lack of education and entrepreneurship skills are contributing into this. We hardly see people in the manufacturing and service sectors because manufacturing sector require technical as well entrepreneurial skills and service sector require education which we merely don’t have. If we take a look at Jain community, they were kind of successive into their business and have moved into one business to another over the period of time due to which they were able to survive even in demanding situation in the market. Today we see “Jains” as most diversified business community and that is precisely our Seervi Society is lacking at currently. The need of the hour is that we start thinking at the other non-conventional businesses (Manufacturing and service sectors) using our entrepreneurial skills and keep our selves moving from one business to other meeting requirement of the changing time and need. Many of us start feeling heat already and know that earning has been declined significantly and businesses now are not the way they used to be 5-10 years before. I assure, in coming few years we are going to face the severe competition and it may be worth to say that many of us may not even be able to earn our livelihood with conventional businesses. We should work upon building our future generation to lead our businesses in professional manner and again education and freedom to choose what they want to do can make a huge difference. I would put full stop on this thought by saying…..Lets diversify over selves as soon as possible!!!!

Isolation from Motherland – “मारवाड मै की कोनी भाई, उठे रेता तो आज भूखा ही मरता.....” - This condemnation made me sad and I was too surprised to hear that people from our society has such gibberish thinking regarding our Motherland. Do you people have such rubbish thinking towards your Mother, not right?? Then how can you have such feeling towards Motherland. Do you think all your ancestors died due to hunger????? It was the land where all our ancestors had worked to earn their livelihood. It is a land of our ancestors which they kept for us as legacy, our acknowledgment and culture belong to this land and moreover we should feel pride as it filled us with a hardworking character. We should always praise our heritage whatever it is. Yes we may have all facilities with us here but real king like feeling comes only in our Motherland.
Please make our next generation aware of our Motherland, customs, language and civilization and make them also feel that they are from the land of braves. I have had a review of many of our families and people who are staying away more than 15 years from Rajasthan, their kids don’t know their far relatives and land of their ancestors. They speak regional language while communicating within family. I fear that we may lose our identity and existence as a society in coming years as majority of our young generation is staying away from the Motherland for a considerable time by now.
Yes we migrated ourselves to earn money and that’s well enough but one should always have proud feeling for our Motherland. Just think if southern states can be so developed, why Rajasthan can’t, considering we people are hard worker more capable in terms of managing money. Let’s start investing for betterment of our motherland. Let’s create a cycle of reverse migration!!!

4. Non functional supreme body – This is a widely known problem as our supreme governing body “Akhil Bhartiya Seervi Mahasabha (ABSM)” is so passive that its existence is not felt on the member of society at all. Mahasabha neither have any plan which are carried out widely and nor there is root level planning to tackle various social problems.
Note that we expect Mahasabha to be a top governing and functional body who not only keep track of the activities at state level but also offer a platform for various sub-level members from different “Badhers” to put across views and take part in the planning activities. Members of this body should be selected by general elections and there should be a definite time frame to re-elect members. All fund collections at various social levels should only be carried with a circular from ABSM and this need to be monitored keenly to ensure all fund collections are under notice of the ABSM and are utilized properly. Also we expect ABSM to carry out social benefit plans for poor students as well upliftment of the poor families in our society. There is urgent need to concentrate on the infrastructure to provide accommodation for the student in various Tire 1 and 2 cities in order to foster higher & professional education as well for the student who are preparing for competitive exams for various civil and administrative posts under state and central government rank.

Crab mentality- We people are good for our own but when comes to deal with others and matter of social & public interest, we start pulling down each other’s and this has been observed widely in all age and social groups. We act too selfish and possesses short-sighted thinking that runs along the lines of “if I can't have it, neither can you.”
I have seen an example when people nominate members in the badher’s working committee. People show excessive lust to be in the powerful position even though they do not have kind of leadership and managerial skills and knowing that they will not be able to part time to serve the position in future. These people will somehow try to eliminate opponent’s effective member by pulling him down trying by hook or by crook methodology (Money, fight, nepotism etc.). People who create fake ID’s of girls on the social media are also having same mentality and they try to spoil image of other just because of minute misunderstandings.

I have a straight view on this topic…Please do not pull anyone down when we taking decision of social interest. Yes you might have different views and that is good that you have views, but that has to be expressed explicitly and you should try to convenience people to be agreed by your views. By doing this you will not only avoid contention, but also open up yourself to people to woo them to bring them into your favor and this is the right way to put yourself across. One the second point of fake ID’s on social media, this shows how poor thinker and mean minded we are. People comes on social media and write/post comments which are highly offensive and they do not even know that this has reached to the number of audiences where this should not have been. Making fake ID on social media and using it to show someone down and spoil image is a king of criminal act and above this a matter of consideration on humanitarian ground. You don’t know but this spoil image as society as whole. You might be aware of the saying “Sling mud at somebody” but in this case it is going to hit you back. Please act as responsible citizen and be with socialistic credo to contribute towards making ideal society.
6. Inefficient Social communication channel – Society is seriously lacking an effective and independent communication channel which can talk about the planning’s and progress on the topic of the social concern. We are using social networking sites as the platform to express our opinion and exchange ideas which is good but there is need for the organized communication network in order to reach wide across the country. There are magazines such as “Seervi Sandesh” and “Chet Bande” which are widely known but they are somehow not able to achieve the propinquity and these magazines are known only to communicate only basic information whereas we basically need magazines who gives room to progressive thoughts and who work independently.
7. Intoxication – Most worrisome social problem and the worry is doubled due to the fact that young generation is involved in it. I need not to write much on this as most of the people knows the disadvantages of this and only advice is that please do not keep this habit and support the people who is campaigning to make a drug and intoxication free society.
Of course there are few other issues however I have concentrated only on internal issues. Will write on the other issues in upcoming articles. Hope you all will put across your feedback on this. And it’s a request to all, please take part in the all social debates. Big Thanks to you all!!!!
